WHAT IS EBEC?

The European BEST Engineering Competition (EBEC) is one of the biggest engineering competitions of its kind in the world! In this competition students from all over Europe have the opportunity to challenge their communication, interpersonal and creativity skills by choosing 1 out of the 2 categories in teams of 4:

CASE STUDY

You are given two theoretical problems and through research and information analysis you are asked to present the most optimal solution given the conditions of the problems.

TEAM DESIGN

In this category you must build a physical prototype that meets certain requirements of construction and maneuver, with limited resources.

EBEC has 3 different phases. A local round, where you compete at your university, a national/regional round which gathers the winners of several Local Rounds, and the final round that will take place in Turin, Italy.
